A painting inspired by Warley Place, Warley, Essex. This depicts the viewpoint from the bridge at the Gorge, where the designs of the old gardens by historical figure Ellen Willmott have been shifted over time by rabbits and badgers who have caused the rocks and ground to move and resettle. It is a wonderful place to walk, retaining an air of mystery and presence and this, the final of three works completed and shared in the Summer as part of the Brentwood Art Trail is a tribute to it's wonder.
